Courtesy of NYC-based Cocktail Enthusiast and Amateur Home Bartender Alex Miller, this week's cocktail recipe features homemade cold brew and a healthy kick of Guinness and bourbon.
Ingredients:
- 4 oz cold brew (we recommend PT’s Cold Front Signature Blend)
- 1 oz Guinness syrup
- 1 oz Redemption Bourbon
- 1/3 oz Averna Amaro
- Whipped cream
- Orange
Instructions:
- Prepare cold brew to your recipe (we recommend Trade Cold Brew Bags
- Make syrup by combining a 1:1 ratio of Guinness and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat to dissolve
- Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice
- Shake vigorously
- Strain liquid into an Irish whiskey glass
- Top with whipped cream and an orange wedge
